Mang Ho is a combination of several styles in one:Jujitsu,Judo, Kung Fu,Tae Kwon Do, Isshinryu karate, Aikido, Pasaryu karate. This is a self-defense system made for the street this is not a tournament style.Although we do go to tournaments,we do not teach sport karate exclusively.
